1. 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return or refund.

Requests made after this 30-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

In these cases, Grandline Neon will cover the return or replacement process.


3. Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product because you no longer want it, changed your mind, or ordered by mistake, you may still request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

However:

  • Return shipping costs will be fully the responsibility of the buyer

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging whenever applicable

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or incomplete returns.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products returned after the 30-day period

  • Items damaged by improper handling after delivery


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees (if any) may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your payment provider or bank

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
